Restaurant Manager
Japanese Cuisine
Salary $2500-3600
Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage employees and all day to day operations
- Maintain service & sanitation standards of the restaurant
- Utilize interpersonal & communication skills to lead, influence & encourage the team
- Regularly review staffing levels to ensure benchmark standard of service and operations
- Handle customer issues
- Obtain customer’s feedback on food’s quality, service level and more to continuously improve restaurant’s service and customer satisfaction
- Increase business profit using various methods including cost planning, inventory control etc
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in the F&B industry
- Candidate currently working in restaurants specializing in Japanese cuisine will be given priority
- Candidate now holding senior position will be considered for senior posts
