Personal Assistant to MD cum Marketing Assistant

Salary up to $3500

Working hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)+Daily catered lunch and paid by company

Company bus from Pasir Ris MRT to company provided in the morning to work

Location: East

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation
• And follow-up Follow up on behalf of MD
• Liaise on internal processes involving other business units (R&D and supply chain) for customer enquiries & sample requests
• Co-ordinate and handle specific export shipments
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the MD

Job Requirements:

Minimum poly diploma, Food Science or related

Relevant working experience in the same field, an added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously

Trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

QA/ QC  Laboratory Assistant

Food Ingredients Manufacturer

Salary up to $2300 ( depends on experience and qualification)

Mon-Fri (9am – 6.15pm) and ½ Saturday a month (9am – 12.30pm)

Location: East

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain samples for sensory evaluation and other documents for Food & Safety Quality Management ,  (COA, MSDS, Specs etc.) for production

• Prepare,update record of laboratory samples, and send for lab testing

• Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory report (for specific products)

• Perform laboratory testing e.g. pH, density (for specific products)

• Support laboratory testing operations and maintain laboratory equipment

• Weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation

• Perform other tasks, roles or projects by superiors assigned from time to time

• Maintain lab housekeeping cleanliness standards

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Food Science/ Chemistry or related fields

• With Experience in lab environment/ quality control systems, an added advantage

• Air-con working environment
