Personal Assistant to MD cum Marketing Assistant
Salary up to $3500
Working hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)+Daily catered lunch and paid by company
Company bus from Pasir Ris MRT to company provided in the morning to work
Location: East
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation
- And follow-up Follow up on behalf of MD
- Liaise on internal processes involving other business units (R&D and supply chain) for customer enquiries & sample requests
- Co-ordinate and handle specific export shipments
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the MD
Job Requirements:
Minimum poly diploma, Food Science or related
Relevant working experience in the same field, an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously
Trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
