Job Description:

• Act as the main coordinator in tracking & submitting documentations for items under warranty for all service centres with principals
• Manage warranty administration on Material Handling Equipment (forklifts / industrial trucks
• Provide technical advice and support for MHE
• Liaise closely with principals and cross functions to update principal on all the abnormal breakdown cases
• Ensure relevant updates on all technicians’ laptop relating to the MHE
• Arrange for modification of forklift as and when requested by customers
• Preparation of Accident/incident reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2-5 years of service and repair of industrial equipment & machine (forklift electrical/diesel) required including at least 2 years of troubleshooting experience in industrial equipment & machine
• valid Class 3 driving license
