Job Duties

• Handling general ledger
• Responsible in reviewing reconciliation, Trial Balance,  make accruals or reclass
• Check Htransport margin and forex entries, cost Of Goods Service Reconciliation
• Prepare and submit monthly reporting to the Finance
• Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss schedules and track marketing reports
• Marketing Tracking Report
• Prepare  Quarterly and Annual survey as requested by the Statistic Department
• Prepare audited financial statements
• Other duties as assigned
• prepare monthly TDS computation, Vat Declaration, Cost Plus complutaion, GST
• Handle annual tax filing including Corporate Income Tax, expat tax schedules for HR submission
• Book Value (BO) Deferred Tax and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Schedules

• Design and deploy the HACCP plan established under international regulations and local standards and adapt to products and processes
• Ensure hygiene and food safety of the resort in a complex environment (including F&B and housekeeping departments)
• Follow up on the Pest Control Management Plan with Technical Manager, according to HACCP plan requirements
• Provide internal expertise to any problem related to hygiene and food safety

Requirement:

• Min Diploma
• 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in hotel industry is highly preferred
• Candidate must have the understanding of HACCP and audit experience in hygiene and safety
• Candidate that has ISO experience will be an added advantage
• Must be able to work in Kuantan, Malaysia
• Salary range from RM 6500-RM 11000

Our client is one of the renowned luxury resorts worldwide. Currently it is seeking a SEA Supply Chain Manager that keep track of logistics and update the resorts inventory with the reporting to the Supply Chain Director.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
• Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
• Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the resorts
• Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
• Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
• Train and manage a team of procurement officers and forecasters
• Main contact person for the resorts and office for all matters related to supply chain within the scope

Requirements

• Min Diploma or Degree on logistics management or supply chain management
• International experience in managing the logistic & supply chain management with the hotels or resorts, F&B, FMCG, retails experience is an added advantage
• Must be able to work in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
• Candidate must be able to travel within Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia
