Job Description

Our client is one of the BCA approved Scaffolding company. Currently it is seeking a Project Coordinator join its team

Responsibilities:

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects. 
  Manage 3-4 groups of workers. 
  Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
  Weekly visits site meeting when required
  Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request
• Ability to converse and written English and Mandarin as you are requires to liaise with clients that speak Mandarin via whatsapp, emails and call. 

Requirements 

• Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management 
  Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
• Candidates can earn good commission ranging from $5000-$10,000 monthly
