Job Duties:

• Handles and manage all accounts payable disbursement process, commission payment.

• Support for preparation and submission of  Withholding Tax return

• Provide support for of IR8A submission

• Prepation of benefits to support submission of IR8A’s and submission of withholding tax returns

• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

• Preferably with 3 years of accounts experience

• Knowledge in  FRS and experience in using SAP

• Good MS office skills including word and excel

 Job Responsibilities

• Responsible  for daily electrical activities and lead the team achieve KPI
• Conducting analysis and failure of machines, repair and maintenance
• Provide post – repair efficiency and coordinate with vendors
• To ensure that plant equipment & machinery are in good working condition with preventive maintenance program.
• Involved in installation of new equipments
• Responsible for the ISO standards and procedures in Maintenance department.
• Responsible for the implementation of new production processes/equipment.
• Responsible for safe practices LOTO when executing required task in the plant
• Other duties as assigned by Superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Preferably with 3-5 years related working experience
• Familiar with Automation and Control engineering
• Hands on experience in Siemens PLC S5 and S7, Siemens drives frequency converters, Siemens Master drives, Micromaster and Sinamics.
• Knowledge of MS Office is a must, SAP will be an added advantage
• Must be able to read complex circuit diagrams
• Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics
• Must be able to work  overtime on weekdays & weekends, or shift work as and when required
• On Call Support during and after office hours

Job scope:

• • Reviews and plans Job Orders based on priority and urgency.
  • Liaise with relevant departments on issues related to process, specifications, planning
  • Recommend appropriate test / inspection for Failure Analysis on Customer sample and/or Rescreening sample
  • Spearhead a cross functional team which includes Production, Planning, Customer Service and QA.
  • Perform chemical bath solutions
  • Perform Half etch test , Grain Size and Heat Treatment test  in  accordance to Workmanship Standard and specific customer requirements
  • Support
  • Arrange Calibration recall, monitoring and updating.
  • Prepare Lab Test Report on the results of ad-hoc
  • Implement and upkeep Safety &  5S in the QC Laboratories inspection conducted
  • Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

• • Diploma / Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Chemical Processing / Quality Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Good knowledge on ISO Standards and ISO Internal Auditiing
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 Standard requirement. Understanding on ISO 17025 Standard will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with Statistical Techniques and QC Tools (e.g. Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis, 3D/8D)
  • Knowledge of SAP and WFS/MES will be an added advantage
  • Must have a good interpersonal skills
