Senior Quality Management Engineer

European Mnc Metal Industry

Salary Basic Up To $5,500+ Transport Allowance+ Variable Bonus

Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm

Location: West

Job Duties:

• Report to Quality Management Manager
• Responsible in developing, implementing  and maintain ISO / Quality and Environmental Management System.
• Responsible for  ISO certification related matters.
• Implement CI activities on Systems & Procedure alignment in WMA
• Manage and maintain the Quality Module of SAP
• Facilitate Customer QMS Query & Self Audit Checklist
• Implement and upkeep Risk Assessment & FMEA
• Updates Monthly KPI Notice board

• Provide support  in Contract Review of specification and translating to quality function requirements.Review Supplier ICP Test Report, MSDS, RoHS, REACH Warranty Letter and other banned substances related communication and technical information.
• Attend to Customer Technical Query (RoHS, REACH, Technical Data, MSDS ) resolution

• Implement CI activities & council meeting on Banned substances organizer (Cross-entity)Conduct Training for Newcomers. 
• Process Change Management (ECN, PCN).
• Review & update Functional Procedure (QP, WI, Forms).
• Implement and upkeep Safety & 5S
• Other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Material Science/Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Chemical Processing / Quality Management or other related fields
• Preferably with 5 years of related experience in a similar capacity. Mechanical / Geometrical / Chemical testing and/or Quality Assurance environment in metal fabrication, precision engineering, etching or tool & die industry will be an added advantage
• Certificate in ISO 9001 training, ISO 14001 training and QMS Internal Auditor training
• Good knowledge on both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Standards and its Internal Auditing
• Lead or highly involved in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification
• Expert with Statistical Techniques and QC Tools (e.g. Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis, 3D/8D)
• Good knowledge in Integrated Management Systems (such as Consense) is an added advantage
• Knowledge or Certificate in ISO 50001 training and ISO 45001 training will be an added advantage
• Hands on experience in  SAP will be an added advantage.
