Customer Service Support Executive
Basic up to $2,800
Location: Changi Airport
Responsibilities
• Ensure daily sales orders are accurate
• Provide support to product, billing, and technical escalation from customers
• Prepare operation ( daily, weekly and monthly) reports
• Build good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level and above
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in customer service/telco, an added advantage
• Must be able to work shift, work shift work (9am – 6.30pm / 12pm – 9.30pmpublic holidays and weekends
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
