Automation Technician

5.5 days/week

Our client is one of the leading manufacturers offering complex integrated manufacturing services. They are actively expanding and seeking for an Automation Technician to join them!

 

Job Scope:

 

 

• Identify and initiate actions to prevent occurrence and recurrence of machine breakdown

• Work as a team with all departments to achieve Optimum Productivity. 

• Ensure all products meet the standard cycle time and minimize machine down time. 

• To carry out repair & maintenance tasks assigned by Superior.  

• To record all repair & maintenance tasks on appropriate records. 

• To provide support to ensure production machines & equipment is repaired timely. 

• To attend to unforeseen machine breakdown during odd hours 

• To carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) as scheduled 

• To support all Automation Integration. 

• To recommend improvement to enhance Productivity & Yield. 

• Compliance with all regulatory and in-house system requirements especially for medical and automotive customers 

• Must prepare the automation documents, reports, and records on a daily basis 

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Preferably Nitec / Mechanical Engineering 

• Hand-on experience in Factory Automation. 

• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding & PLC programming is plus point.
