Job Description

  • Quality Assurance
  • MNC Manufacturing
  • Up to $2500
  • 1 year contract ( min 6 months)
  • 5days/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm ( work from home, most of the time)
  • Location: West 

Job Duties:

  • Daily check of  Inspection Certificate on against packing list and SAP to see if there is any error
  • Rectify the error on Inspection Cert by retrieving the data/info from SAP system
  • Coordinate with Inform designated Customer Service Officer and Customer Quality Engineer on the amended Inspection Cert
  • Archive the Inspection Cert into designated system/drive
  • Update summary list and report status of checking on daily basis

Job Requirements:

  •  IT savvy (knowledge on SAP, PDF Editor, OneNote is preferred)
  • Contract duration: 1 year preferred (min 6 months)
  • Start date: Early March 2022,
  • Must be able to work OT as and when required
