Job Duties:
● Directs and Plan Food Preparation
● Leading a team of kitchen staffs
● Training and preparing work schedule of staff
● Food quality control
● Cost Control (Labour / Food)
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience with 1 year in a supervisory role
● Pref with Japanese cuisine experience
● Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
● Proficient in MS Office / Excel
