Our client is one of the largest contact centre in the world. Currently it is seeking a Team Leader for Korean Speaking. You will requires to managed a team of 10-15 Accounts Specialist that will requires them to call the Korean market in Korea.
- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
- Salary up to $5000 with up to $1000 KPI incentive
- Performs transaction monitoring to ensure client's service quality is consistently achieved in accordance to service level standards set
- Coordinates and distributes work, monitors workloads and backlogs and makes necessary adjustments
- Identifies areas of improvement and to be able to introduce new structures and improved processes as required
- Minimum a Diploma in any field
- 2 years of experience in leading a team
- Has experience in B2B, B2C sales as well as on-line sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean as you will be required to managed a team of Korean speaking that will only serve the Korean Speaking client in Korea.
