  • Salary: Basic up to $3,500+ transport allowance+ Variable bonus+ other benefits
  • 5 days per week/ Mon- Fri, 9am-6pm
  • Location: West

Our client is MNC company, manufactures semi finished copper products.  Currently they are looking for Customer Service Officer  to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting Sales Team when required
  • Manage customers for order management and attend to their inquiries
  • Processing Customers’ purchase orders and expediting delivery schedules
  • Schedule Just-In-Time delivery of goods to improve the usage of resources
  • Liaise with forwarders on shipping arrangement

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in manufacturing industry
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage
